The Steadman Philippon Research Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping people of all ages physically active through orthopedic research and education in areas of arthritis, healing, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Athletic training fellows work alongside the SPRI staff, attending physicians, and with our MD Sports Fellows to complete their required case study or research project. To help complete your required project, the institute provides you with access to its cadaver and biomechanics laboratory, and its patient outcomes and procedures database.
