Dr. William Sterett Leaves The Steadman Clinic

VAIL, Colo. (June 21, 2011) - The Steadman Clinic announced today Dr. William Sterett will no longer practice at the clinic, effective June 30.

Patients of Dr. Sterett who wish to continue receiving care from the clinic are invited to make an appointment with another clinic physician by calling an appointment scheduler at (970) 476-1100. The Clinic's knee specialists include founder and managing partner Dr. Richard Steadman, knee specialist Dr. Robert LaPrade and sports medicine specialist Dr. Tom Hackett. Shoulder specialists include the Director of the Shoulder Service Dr. Peter Millett and sports medicine specialist Dr. Tom Hackett.

Patients who wish to obtain copies of their records for any purpose, including transfer of care to another practice, must sign a written Authorization for Release of Medical Information. This authorization is available at The Steadman Clinic and on the clinic's website at www.thesteadmanclinic.com.
